SYNOPSIS: 

A high-speed accident on the freeways of Los Angeles reveals a turf war between two competing all girl car theft rings.  Brandy Martinez (Melina Lizette), a young streetwise cop is assigned by Lieutenant Baynes (Steven Bauer) to go undercover and infiltrate one of the crews. She befriends Eva Strong (Kenyetta Letheridge), a former car thief with a questionable past, who introduces her to her former ring leader Mama (Olivia Brown) and teaches her the ropes of ripping rides and moving fast. Brandy learns the real menace on the streets is KNIGHT (Anthony Ray Parker), Mama's competition.

 

With a huge debt due to an international Mob, Knight will stop at nothing to own the streets and eliminate his opposition. When Brandy meets Carlo (Sevier Crespo), an undercover cop investigating Knight, the two find themselves in the middle of a treacherous game of survival as Knight's desperate attempt to pay his debt explodes around them.
